Informed by Yoga’s twin science of Ayurveda, this session will guide you to create internal balance by aligning with the rhythms of the season.
At the end of this session, you will:

::: Be empowered with simple techniques to live in harmony with the elements
::: Take home a short self-care practice to support you as the seasons change
